• To exchange your voucher and receive your entry ticket(s), please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your selected entrance time.
• Our staff will be meeting you with a “Loving Rome” flag and will be stationed at the “black tables” of Caffè Leonina (front row), situated beyond the white tables of the kiosk.
• The meeting point is near the arches, where the square meets via di Porta Angelica. It is located at the corner of the square, on the left-hand side.
• All guests must pass through mandatory airport-style security. During peak season, wait times can reach up to 2–3 hours.
• Late arrivals or no-shows will neither be accommodated nor refunded.

• As per the attraction’s regulations, please provide each participant’s full name, ideally as on their passport, during booking.
• Each ticket is nominative and can “only” be used by the assigned participant.
• An infant and/or child must be accompanied by at least one adult to complete the booking.
• Entrance to St. Peter’s Basilica is free; this ticket provides access through a designated entry point.
• All guests must undergo airport-style security. During high season the wait may be up to 2 hours.
• Our staff will accompany you to the queue but will not provide a guided tour or any commentary.
• Queues are expected during the Jubilee due to the high number of visitors.
• Late arrivals or no-shows will neither be accommodated nor refunded.
• Activate the Digital Audio Guide (sent via email) before entering the attraction to avoid connection issues.
• Wear clothing that covers at least the shoulders and knees, if your clothing does not comply with the rules, you may be denied entry
• Some parts might not be accessible & are subject to unexpected closures until further notice due site’s restrictions
• The Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & Vatican Necropoli are excluded
• A number of services are suspended during the Jubilee: there is no cloakroom, only a place to leave pushchairs.

Online Bookings:

• Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation.
• Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity will not be eligible for a refund.
• Late arrivals & no-shows will be charged the full price.
