• Go directly to the entrance of the Papal Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore at Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore and show the voucher to the Reception Staff at the Portico 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• All guests must undergo airport-style security. During high season the wait may be up to 1 hour
• Please arrive at the attraction earlier to avoid any issues with entry.
• The entry ticket is only valid for the selected entrance time.

• You must download the audio guide app on your phone at least a day before the activity. The app is compatible with IOS and android
• Entry Ticket(s) will be delivered via email used during the booking process (and/or Whatsapp), within 24 hours prior to the activity.
• Please ensure to provide the correct contact number and email during the booking process.
• In accordance with attraction’s “mandatory” regulations, we kindly request that you provide the complete name(s), preferably as stated on your passport, for “each” participant during the booking process.
• Name change requests for booking are allowed up to 24 hours before the activity.
• For the verification process, you must present a valid passport or identification during the activity
• Please note that this reservation does NOT include a person to meet and escort you at the entrance.
• Wear clothing that covers at least the shoulders and knees, if your clothing does not comply with the rules, you may be denied entry.
• Some parts might not be accessible and are subject to unexpected closures until further notice due site’s restrictions.
• Photography with a flash is not allowed inside. The staff are authorized to delete any files taken.
• Food and drinks are not allowed, with the exception of water.

• Please note that access to the panoramic dome will last approximately 30 minutes.
• An authorized staff member will accompany you to the dome for security purposes. No explanations or insights will be provided during this time.

Online Bookings:

• Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation.
• Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity will not be eligible for a refund.
• Late arrivals & no-shows will be charged the full price.
